Our Chancel and Joyful Praise Handbell Choirs, under the direction of the amazing Marilee Morse, share their musical talents to inspire the congregation to make a joyful noise unto the Lord. The Chancel Choir averages about 15 singers and it performs the introductions and anthems in the Sunday worship services. The Handbell Choir performs special music for holiday and select Sunday services throughout the year.
New members for either choir are always welcome and encouraged to join. Rehearsals for both choirs are Thursday nights - the Joybell Praise Handbell Choir from 6 to 7pm and the Chancel Choir from 7 to 8pm. Anyone interested in joining can email Marilee at choir@putnamcong.com
